I teach vinyasa and yin yoga for people with full, busy lives: a Monday evening flow in the Financial District, a free Wednesday community class in Chinatown, private sessions, and wellness experiences for teams that need a real reset — not just another meeting.

we are

I'm a vinyasa and yin teacher, trained at Pure Yoga and YogaRenew and mentored at The Bhakti Center. My classes range from dynamic, sweat-it-out flows to slow, spacious holds that let your nervous system finally exhale. My goal is simple: you leave feeling more grounded, more joyful, and more like yourself.
